In my desperation not to waste all my cherry tomato’s I was asking everyone for recipes. The first is just a salad I threw together. The second is an actual recipe but I altered it a bit…super easy and a crowd pleaser.
Cherry tomatos, black olives, artichoke hears, fresh basil, feta cheese with olive oil and sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
Take cherry tomato’s and line at the bottom of a shallow pan then cover with olive oil, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, basil, garlic and bake for 45 minutes at 325. Serve with soft cheese and toast.
