I am a big fan of the blog All Natural Annie and this morning she posted the most amazing and easiest recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies that I had to try it. Since it was so easy and I had time I decided to dip them in milk chocolate. I followed her recipe, using the white sugar and then I used a small melon ball scooper to make perfectly round balls. I baked them on a pampered chef stone. However, using the stone I had to increase the bake time to about 24 minutes. If you are familiar with the stones you know it’s virtually impossible to burn anything on them (and I have tried, hubby likes burnt cookies) so you have to add additional baking time to any recipe. I let them cool while I took 8 oz of milk chocolate morsels and melted them over a double boiler. I then took the cookies and dipped half in the milk chocolate and they came out perfect. These will definitely make my cookie list this holiday season. You could also use white chocolate or add sprinkles for any occasion.
